What We Offer
We are a therapeutic sanctuary farm dedicated to restoring hope and renewing minds. We provide a peaceful, nature-based refuge for abuse survivors, foster youth, and community helpers to rest, heal, and recover from trauma and burnout.
Cultivating resilience, sowing seeds of hope, unburdening, radical rest, communal healing.
"You don't have to be ready. You just have to show up."
Trauma Responsive

We offer trauma responsive trainings for adults as well as educational programs for youth focused on basic life skills such as cooking and farming. As of July 2026, Trauma Responsive workshops and education can be booked at your facility by contacting [email protected]
Creative Arts
From painting and drawing to writing and crafting, our creative arts sessions give people a language for what they're going through — and a community to share it with. Join us to create and return to balance and rest by expressing yourself with art, music, or any creative venture. While we collect donations for our Land and Facilities Fund, Fallow and Bloom will facilitate creative renewal sessions tailored for your organization and booked at your facility. Please email [email protected] with booking questions.
Support for Youth
We passionately believe that every child should be provided with opportunities to build resilience, create with their hands, and master life skills. Our facilities provide training in gardening, cooking, or sewing.
We will remain connected to our community in order to fill gaps in education for all learners within our reach, whether young or mature.Life Skills training curriculum, program options and session structures are currently being written and will be available at the official opening of our permanent location for Fallow and Bloom Farmstead.
Social Connection
Our therapeutic horticulture programs include the structured use of gardening and other plant-based activities to meet the specific needs of various groups of people, including trauma survivors, the elderly, or any individual who requires restoration and renewal in nature.
Whether you are a lifelong gardener or have never planted a seed, you are welcome here. These clubs meet regularly to tend the land together, swap stories, and enjoy the simple, restorative rhythm of growing things alongside others.Programs will include Horticulture Therapy, Therapeutic Horticulture clubs and group sessions such as Social Gardening, Community Garden access, and Green Care sessions.
animal assisted programs
Our Agricultural Therapy program includes farm-animal assisted therapy, as well as somatic health and grounding practices focused on enhancing mental health, building social emotional skills, and strengthening communication.
Programs are tailored to the client and can include individual or group sessions.
Community Gathering
Once a month we set a long table on the farm and share a meal together. Neighbors bring dishes, we cook from the garden, and we eat together the way people used to — slowly, with conversation, without an agenda.
Open-farm days happen seasonally, with activities for all ages. No invitation required. Everyone is welcome at the table.
